KAYLA TIPS AND EXPERIENCES FOR LEARNING A LANGUAGE I try to write about 3-5 times a week.I personally think it helps my vocabulary.Each day I choose a topic; for example,a few weeks ago I wrote about  3 things I learned in high school.As I am writing,I try to think in Spanish to avoid translating from English to Spanish.It typically ends up being a paragraph.I try to correct my mistakes using a dictionary and I read the completed paragraph aloud.I then post it on italki.com to allow native  speakers to correct my mistakes.At the end of the week,I review the corrections from all my paragraphs which helps me to commit certain sentence structures or phrases to memory. In my learning process I found myself traveling through a screen, enjoying educational programs with content wich provided what I needed to learn and improve languages.  The content of these resources also facilitated the approach to people who I  learned with and  so they provided knowledge of culture, food, traditions and stories. I had the opportunity to travel to many regions of Colombia, a country attractive for its multiculturalism and diversity; I have met people from many countries , whom I have had the opportunity to practice and live unique and amazing experiences.
